Brush Clearing Party Postponed until further Notice

Brush clearing party on Friday April 24,2009. Here we have a day of work & play. Clearing deadfall from the woodsball field & then paintball. All participants will receive free food & drink (non-alcoholic) as well as a case of paint to play for the remainder of the day. If we can get 12 people out we will make 4 teams of 3 & have our own mini-tournament with a free Dye Jersey for each member of the winning team. I will make the teams based on the players who show up, to make it as fair as possible.

Time: 10am - whenever were done - brush clearing for the first 3 hours. You need to show up on time to be eligible for the free paint - NEEDS TO BE FAIR FOR EVERYONE - those who are one hour or less late will be pay $10.00 for their case of paint, after that you pay full price for the paint.

PLEASE POST UP YOUR AVAILABILITY. PREFERENCE IS GIVEN TO TEAM MEMBERS. WE NEED A MINIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE TO MAKE IT WORTH OUR TIME - MAXIMUM OF 12 PARTICIPANTS.

Anyone with a chainsaw, bow saw or bypass loppers should bring these along.

OK. This is obviously not a good date for this event. The Brush clearing is officially cancelled until further notice. We are still hoping to have this day, so keep watch in this forum.
