Team Building Activity

I am looking for a good idea for a Team Building Activity. This should be something that everyone can do. Doesn't mean you have to be good at it & can be as simple as a social event - keeping in mind the age of all of the team members. The first activity should last between 3 - 6hours. Here are some suggestions:

Fishing
Bowling
Wonderland
Golf
