I did a few more color combos very quickly. I have them posted on PA forms, since I'm seeming to get better responses there. Just informing you guys they are up.

You can find them here:

After posting the new colours, most of the discussion became about the Red/Gray/Black colour theme. See the first post^^^^at the top^^^^ to see the new colour rendering of the jersey and tell me what yea think.

I need ALL the Brighton team members to post what they want to do as per jersey/logo/name or what-not. What I brought to the table is merely an idea. I need your guys thoughts or input so Gary can get these things finalized and made before the season starts. This team needs to be about a team effort not a bunch of individual efforts. If we cant work as a team even in the jersey designing phase, how are we gonna do when it comes to on the field. Common guys.

Hey Steve!! I am probably almost as impatient as you are, waiting for everyone to help make a decision. However the problem doesn't lie with the teams motivation, rather it is with people not wanting to take the initiative & be the first to speak. I am very suprised that Al hasn't said anything, Kugan feels the odd man out & Dustin has lost his internet privileges a while ago - you know, porn & stuff - I spoke with one of the Palmers & he is supposed to send me his number so I can bring him up to speed once the Winter League schedule is up - sometime after Dec. 15,2009. What I will do is call everyone on the Brighton team & insist that they make a decision on the current proposal or have a concrete proposal of the their own to put forth. As the weather gets colder, without an indoor field & little prospect of playing paintball right now it tends to float to the back of peoples minds & isn't getting the attention it needs. Hopefully you will see posts up, as well I will try to arrange a team meeting where a final decision has to be made. Not to worry, with all the apparent motivation in the beggining, the Codrington team has yet to even finalize a logo never mind a jersey design.

My intent wasnt to make a problem of this but to try to force people on the Brighton team to post up here. Kugan shouldnt feel left out, as I have texted him numerous times updating him and asking if he wanted to hang out. Yea I know both the Paulmers very well and I think it would be a good benifit to host another team meeting in person to discuss everything thats going on and updating people on decisions to come. On top of that like you said it will put the idea of paintball back freshly into their minds. My schedule is filling up and only have select few times free so I need things scheduled; and a meeting/get together do talk about the jersey at the least would be good in my mind, as for if any changes or things need to be done in the designing phase. Now its starting to sound alot like rambling so Ill leave it at that.

Thanks for posting up Gary.

You aren't creating any problem. Your tone in your posting is friendly & reasonable. As far as I'm concerned we are just talking - no anger - no resentment - no problem. Like you I find myself with limited time at least until after the New Year - Hopefully!! What do you think about next weekend, maybe Sunday afternoon? Let me know what you think. I will also call you when I have contacted all or most of the other team members. I have great confidence in you & the other members of both teams. I truly believe that the upcoming season will be a good one & the Winter League will serve as a time when the teams can become more familiar & comfortable with each other as well as learning about & working on the individual weaknesses that may or may not be present. Keep smiling Steve - I think you would make a great Team Captain - between your knowledge & your diplomacy & just being an all around great guy - what more could anyone ask for!!!!!
